West Dakota Realty is located at 415 Main Avenue in Lemmon, South Dakota in the heart of some of the best mule deer, white-tailed deer, antelope, pheasant, upland bird, waterfowl and predator hunting in the western Dakotas.  The area is characterized with sprawling ranches, farms and magnificent prairies including the Grand River and Cedar River National Grasslands comprising more than 161,000 acres of public lands interspersed with approximately 46,000 acres of private lands.  These grasslands acres, beginning approximately 13 miles south of Lemmon, are comprised of rolling hills, river breaks and scattered badlands of the Grand River.  The two forks of the Grand River converge approximately 14 miles south of Lemmon where Shadehill Reservoir was constructed creating more than 5,000 surface acres of water for avid anglers and water recreational enthusiasts to enjoy.  The Shadehill State Park is open to year-round camping and the reservoir is surrounded by thousands of acres of Bureau of Reclamation shoreline open to public hunting by the Department of Game, Fish & Parks.  This is a true sprtsman's paradise!
